American Association of Hispanic Certified Public Accountants

The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) and the American Association of Hispanic Certified Public Accountants (AAHCPA) have partnered to provide scholarships for outstanding Latino college students pursuing degrees in accounting or finance related fields.

 

American College of Healthcare Executives

Albert W. Dent Student Scholarships are awarded to minority students in a healthcare management program.

 

American Hotel Foundation

Hyatt Hotels Fund for Minority Lodging Management Students program provides awards to minority students pursuing degrees in the fields of hospitality, hospitality management, and hotel management.

 

American Institute of Certified Public Accountants

This scholarship program provides awards to outstanding minority students to encourage their selection of accounting as a major and their ultimate entry into the profession.

 

American Institute of Certified Public Accountants/ Doctoral Scholarships

The Fellowships for Minority Doctoral Students program awards up to $12,000 in financial assistance to students who have earned a master's degree or completed at least three years of full-time employment in accounting.

 

American Planning Association

Awards scholarships to students pursuing careers in the environmental sciences, public administration, transportation, or urban studies and awards fellowships for community development studies. Also has a minority scholarship program.

 

American-Scandinavian Foundation

The ASF promotes international understanding through educational and cultural exchange between the United States and Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden in areas of art, business, and government.

 

Associated Western Universities

Offers undergraduate to postgraduate internship and fellowship programs for business, science, and engineering.

 

Be An Actuary

Offers scholarships at the undergraduate or graduate level for minority students who are interested in pursuing actuarial careers.

 

Donovan Data Systems Anniversary Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded annually to a business school student interested in a career in advertising, marketing, or communications.

 

Educational Foundation for Women in Accounting

Offers scholarships to women who are pursuing accounting degrees at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

 

Fetzer Institute

The Fetzer Institute's Fellows and Senior Scholars Program is open to individuals working in a variety of backgrounds including the arts, business, education, health care, service, and science. Offers a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in theoretical bioelectromagnetics.

 

Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada

Offers undergraduate and graduate scholarships to minority students pursuing economics, business administration, public administration, governmental accounting, finance, or political science careers.

 

Hagley Museum and Library

Offers dissertation and postgraduate fellowships for research in American economics, business, industry, and technological history.

 

Hispanic Designers Inc. Scholarships

Offers a variety of scholarships to Hispanic students enrolled in accredited fashion design, jewelry design, interior design, costume design, apparel manufacturing/management, marketing/merchandising, and other related programs.

 

Independent Accountants (IA) International

Offers the Robert Kaufman Memorial Scholarship and other awards of recognition worldwide to students entering the field of accountancy.

 

INROADS/Puget Sound Texaco Scholarship

Offers undergraduate scholarships to minority students pursuing fields of engineering, geology, geophysics, physics, information systems, and international business.

 

LaGrant Foundation

The LaGrant Foundation assist ethnic minorities in the field of advertising, marketing and public relations by providing scholarships, educational support, career advisement, mentors, internships and resources to African Americans, Hispanics, Asian Pacific Americans and Native Americans.

 

Mansfield Center for Pacific Affairs

Offers two-year fellowships to U.S. federal government employees to develop an in-depth understanding of Japan’s government, business practices, and academic communities.

 

Mary M. Fraijo Scholarship

Offers scholarships to women students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or an equivalent designated post-baccalaureate certificate of accounting.

 

Massachusetts Institute of Technology

A special 100% scholarship-based program which is a rigorous six week residential summer program that introduces promising minority high school juniors to engineering, science, and entrepreneurship. The program is designed to encourage students to pursue technical degrees and careers.

 

Mexican American Grocers Association Foundation Scholarship

Offers scholarships to Hispanic students preparing for careers in sales, merchandising, and marketing in the grocery industry.

 

National Society of Hispanic MBAS

NSHMBA and the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) have partnered to provide financial resources to assist outstanding Latinos pursuing Master's Degrees in management/business.

 

State Farm Companies Foundation

The foundation awards fifty $3,000 scholarships annually to students pursuing careers in business-related areas. Offers achievement scholarships for minority students. Offers scholarships to employees and their dependents.

 

U. S. Agency for International Development

The Investigating in Women in Development (IWID) fellowship program offers a hands-on development experience in an international setting for 12 months to study democracy/governance, business and economic development, education for young females, local environment, and population health and nutrition.

 

U. S. Environmental Protection Agency

Offers grant, fellowship, and internship programs to students pursuing careers in environmental policy, regulation, and law; environmental management and administration; environmental science; public relations and communications; and computer programming and development.

 

U. S. Indian Health Service

The IHS has several scholarship programs available to American Indians. Offers scholarships for students pursuing education in accounting, business administration, computer science, or health disciplines.

 

World Studio Foundation Scholarships

Offers undergraduate and graduate scholarships to minority students study advertising, architecture, environmental graphics, fashion design, film-making, fine arts, furniture design, graphic design, illustration, interior design, or landscape architecture.
